I ordered from Eviqo and the delivery was way slower than I expected. The tracking barely updated, so I was just kinda sitting around wondering when it would actually show up. Maybe other people had a better experience, but for me the Shipping speed was bad

Getting my account set up was smooth. The onboarding was clear for the most part, and when I had one quick question, support got back to me fast. I did spend a little time poking around to find a few settings, but overall it was a good start, a good start for sure.

They got back to me quickly and didn’t overcomplicate anything. Everything was explained in a way that actually made sense, so I never felt confused or stuck. it was just a smooth experience. That’s it.

I wasn’t expecting a whole lot because the price was low, but it works way better than I thought it would. And can we talk about how nice it is to not get hit with random extra fees or some annoying surprise cost after the fact? That alone is a win. For what I paid, it feels totally worth it, and I’m actually happy with it so far

I’ve had the Eviqo charger for a few months now, and it’s been reliable. I just plug the car in at night, and by morning it’s charged up with no random stops or error messages so far. The app can be a little slow sometimes, which is just why I wouldn’t give it 5 stars, but the charger itself does what it’s supposed to do. Overall, I’m happy with it.

It works now, so I can't complain too much, but the setup felt a bit messy. Took me longer than I expected and a couple steps weren't super clear. Overall it's ok, just not the smoothest install experiance.

The tech came across kind of rude, and it made me feel a bit embarrassed during the visit. It just didn’t feel very professional, and I left feeling uncomfortable about the whole experience.

Booking was super quick and simple. I had it done in just a couple minutes, and it was nice not having to click through a bunch of extra steps

Am I the only one who expected warranty support to be a bit smoother? My issue still hasn’t been fixed, and the aftercare team took ages to reply. When they did, it didn’t really help much, so the whole thing has been frustrating.

I had some small issue with my order, not really sure if it was something on my end or what, but I ended up messaging eviqo support about it. They got back to me the same day, which I wasn’t expecting, and it seemed like they actually paid attention to what I said.

It did take one more message before everything was fully cleared up, so it wasn’t totally seamless, but it was handled fine overall. I don’t have much else to compare it to, but for this situation, I was happy with the support.

I really wanted to like this app, but my gut feeling after using it is that it’s just a little clunky. Some of the buttons aren’t where I naturally expect them to be, and getting around takes more taps than it feels like it should.

It does work once you figure things out, but I found myself getting annoyed and backing up more than once. Overall, it feels like it needs a cleaner layout and a more intuitive flow
